[lwip-users] How do we prepare lwipopts.h

Hi,

I am using freertos and Instead of preparing new lwipopts.h for lwip2.0.3 can I use that lwipopts.h file which is already prepared for the previous version lwip1.4.0? If not, then how I can prepare my own lwipopts.h file according to required options?
