LYNX-DEV lynx for djgpp!

I've just finished porting lynx 2.6 to DJGPP V2.01 (MS-DOS only).  It
wasn't that hard, but it doesn't support mail, ftp, and apparently
news yet.  It DOES support http:// URLs.

This port uses the wattcp lib for djgpp (that I had to fix), pdcurses
(slang doesn't have curses emulation under djgpp :-( ), and the
standard lynx 2.6 sources (not the FM or RP versions).
