It's a code freeze. SHIP IT (Fote's 1/29 .zip) as Lynx2-7! When
the docs are "better", ship that as Lynx2-7-1. I'd like to see the
current snapshot get onto the GNU CDROM, myself.

This is Fote's baby, and to stretch the analogy, he can't trust us as
babysitters. But we should try to act like responsible care providers.
