LYNX-DEV small bug--curses.h moved

I had to make a minor change in LYCurses.h to compile Lynx with ncurses 
because as of the latest version (1.9.9e), ncurses.h goes in 
/usr/include, not /usr/include/ncurses (at least on my Linux system).  I 
have no idea why this changed, or how you're supposed to support both 
versions, but I thought I'd pass it along.
