LYNX-DEV New development code

I have uploaded new packages to

  <URL: http://www.slcc.edu/lynx/klaus/merged/all/>

(note the changed directory, older sources are still in 
merged/WB+chartrans/ but with a pointer to merged/all/).

This has Fote's fixes up to 1997-03-11, new patches from Wayne,
the auto config stuff, and new patches from Tom Dickey
for his SLang-like ncurses color.  The chartrans code is
unchanged so far (except for making compilation slightly
less verbose).

See the various README files in that directory, especially
README.1st.html and CHANGES.new.
