Thanks for the note, Britta.  There are a lot of features that
are new in HTML since 2.4.2 was released, and a number of them
will cause the program to fail.  Please gently encourage the
maintainers of the Calgary FreeNet to install an up-to-date
version [2.7 + bugfixes] to avoid these problems.
