LYNX-DEV multi-bookmark

i have been unable to display the multi-bookmark option when i go into
'options'. it just displays B)ookmark.  in the tutorial it looks like it
should display mu L)ti bookmark.  it says to turn this option on but i
don't see how.  could you help?
