Sorry, this isn't what I wanted to say.  I'd like to see a kind of "meta"
ifdef/configure option like the one available for dired, e.g., something like
"--disable-forms-all", which would include both "--disable-forms-options" and
"--disable-config-info", and future, similar functions.  (Possibly rename
the latter to -forms-cfginfo.)
