As advocacy for non-graphical web access has been discussed here in the past,
access for those using speech synthesis machines have been one of the
strongest advocates. Another camp I don't see mentioned often is the
mobile phone/PDA contingency. Someone just mentioned
http://avantgo.com/builder/ on a recent usenet posting as some guidelines
for building web sites suitable for Palm Pilot web surfing. I wonder if
there are other sites pushing for emphasis on content rather than presentation
that would be useful to promote. Perhaps there needs to be an OpenWebContent
movement <grin> ...
