lynx-dev error message when running autoconf

Hi,

When running with both autoconf 2.12 and 2.13, I get the following
when I try to regenerate the configure script from the 2-8-2
configure.in:

/var/tmp/lynx2-8-2% autoconf
configure.in:391: warning: AC_HAVE_LIBRARY is obsolete; instead use 
AC_CHECK_LIBautoconf: Undefined macros:

This error also seems to appear in the latest 2-8-3 release. The
included configure script reports:

    configure generated by autoconf version 2.13.19990117

I think the CF_HELP_MESSAGE macro depends on something that's version
specific. Commenting out those lines works fine.

Could someone more familiar with autoconf internals deal with that?
(And perhaps with the warning as well.)
