Can you try disabling justification and report results?
I'm able to browse this site with justification enabled (lynx doesn't hang),
but I use dev6 with all my patches that are present in dev7 - so it could be
integration problem in dev7.
My lynx's configuration is similar to yours (but I use egcs-1.1.2), system is
RH6.0. I didn't try dev7 yet...
