All right, here's a patch for that. I don't visit the help files very
often (yeah, not as often as I should), so am not sure what the purpose
is for the LYNX_FAQ* lines in help_files.txt.

The http://www.slcc.edu/lynx/faq.html URL is still there; I'll work with
Scott McGee to put pointers from there to the FOM.
