you'll have to tell us where you got it
& whether you got a pre-compiled version
or the full package you have to compile yourself.
i'm not an expert on this, but hopefully someone else will reply

you came to the right place, but Lynx is free software,
which means you have to put in a few hours of your own time & effort.
however, the volunteers here try to help when they can.
