Hi. :-)
The main difference being that its output is still a more or less
coherent set of lynx.cfg files [with markup and navigational
links added]. But now that I've tried looking up this or that
setting, editing a few items and so on...
Maybe it would be better to dump everything into one file, using
named anchors and internal links exclusively; seems a bit more
`whereis'-friendly. I can't say it's ready, but it does seem
ready for comments and suggestions.
So. Comments? Suggestions?
There's sample output here, if you don't want to try running it on
your own computer [and if not I can't blame you; I am kind of new
at this...];

PS: Yes I was the enthusiastic Lynx fan-boy who was running
MacLynx [abandoned beta of a 2.7.1 port] back in the late 90s
or so. Still enthused, but at 37 I'd rather you call me a
fan-man.
