They won't let you use their viewer unless you upload a file.

You need to create a file called delorie.htm or delorie.gif (here's
one) on your web server to prove you're the webmaster. When I see this
file (it can be empty) I'll allow my tools to access your site.

So create an empty file named delorie.html and upload it to your web
host. It'll work.
