Surely it is good that one can edit a link, broken or not,
as long as it makes textual sense.

If the leadind whitespace, from "&#xD;" on, is deleted, the link is good:
definitly bad link-formatting.

It looks as if the author took a file of serial numbers, each on its own
line after 6 HTs, and tacked on the name & table formatting, afterwards
turning CR-LF into "&#xD;&#xA;"--or maybe he has some program like WP or
MsWord s mail-merge that collates names & numbers. He uses style to
ununderscore the links, not uses the Portugese letter "cz" (a letter
found in the original PC alphabet), and uses script to number the rows.
The last is something of an HTML deficiency, for one cannot both number
(ol) and "table" one s data.

I downloaded the HTML file, and found the style & script lines separated
by only LFs, in spite of the "&#xD;"s.

I turned all the "&#xD;&#xA;" into real CR-LF, ran Lynx 2.8.6dev.18 on it,
and found that Lynx deletes the _real_ whitespace.

Lynx uses all the link-characters and the link seems bad; Firefox
discards the encoded space and the link seems good. Which is right?
