[Lynx-dev] trouble installing Lynx

Hi, I am trying to install lynx on my computer and I am running into some errors when using the configure script.  I downloaded the 2.8.5 lynx build for my computer (running leopard 10.5.7) and placed it in my applications folder.  I unzipped the file and ran the configure script in the folder, but when i do, this is what i get:

what am i doing wrong?
