Actually, it *could* be linked against libbsd.
(Another issue: OpenSSL on MirBSD is self-seeding; how is
OpenSSL on, for example, GNU/Linux? If Lynx is linked with
OpenSSL, it could use that as an additional seed value for
the PRNG.)
