I have
Lynx Version 2.8.7rel.1 (05 Jul 2009)
libwww-FM 2.14FM, SSL-MM 1.4.1, OpenSSL 0.9.8k, pdcurses 3.401
Built on mingw32 Jul 7 2009 18:11:57
from http://fredlwm.iblogger.org/lynx/ running on Windows XP Prof SP3 EN.
