[Lynx-dev] Lynx Port Author Found

Per my original inquiries and research earlier this week, I have found
the fellow who ported lynx 2.3 to the MPE platform.  It was Mike Belshe
way back then.  (Seems he is now the main Chrome developer guy.)

So he gave permission and now HP can cut me a copy.

While a new port may be in order, at least I'll have the historical
ported version.
