UTF-8 is poorly supported in Lynx when using S-Lang; it's been 5-6 years
since John Davis offered to improve that situation.

urxvt uses fontsets, which xterm doesn't. Aside from font-coverage,
urxvt generally isn't as good as xterm - ymmv
