Lynx-Blat-Update:

The "-altblat" switch selects Blat in Lynx 2.8.8dev.12.
e.g., lynx -altblat %1 %2 %3 %4 %5

Valid Lynx.cfg switches:
BLAT_MAIL:TRUE
ALT_BLAT_MAIL:TRUE

Blat accepts the "-of" option from Lynx,  which
tells Blat to read options from the given file.

The options that are written to the file are shown here:
"-bodyF", dosname (that is, the name of the mail-body in DOS-format)
"-t", address
"-s", subject
"-f", mail_addr
"-f", mail_addr
"-c", ccaddr

The command-format and list of options aren't configurable.
