$ lynx -useragent=Lynx -dump -nolist 'google.co.uk/search?q=5*4'
Your search - 5*4 - did not match any documents.
$ lynx -useragent=Mozilla -dump -nolist 'google.co.uk/search?q=5*4'
5 * 4 = 20
More about calculator.
Search for documents containing the terms 5*4.
Looks like not Lynx's fault then. Good luck taking that up with Google...
