Anyone have any insight on why lynx gets an instant 403 from
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/ ? It doesn't seem to be user-agent based.
What mechanism are they using to deny access?
The other browser with a similar sounding name (i.e., links) is able to
access the site. But elinks is not.
