[Lzip-bug] Version 1.2-pre2 of lzip released

Lzip is a lossless data compressor based on the LZMA algorithm, with
very safe integrity checking and a user interface almost identical to
the one of bzip2.

Changes in this version:

  * Dictionary size limit has been reduced to 512MiB because setting it 
to 1GiB causes overflow of a 32 bit integer.

  * "make install-info" should now work on Debian and OS X.
