[Lzip-bug] Version 1.4-pre2 of lzip released

Lzip is a lossless data compressor based on the LZMA algorithm, with
very safe integrity checking and a user interface almost identical to
the one of bzip2.

Changes in this version:

  * This version produces version 1 files with support for safe 
recovery of undamaged members from multimember files.

  * Lziprecover, a member recoverer program for lzip compressed files 
has been added to the distribution.
