[Lzip-bug] Version 1.5-pre1 of lzip released

Lzip is a lossless data compressor based on the LZMA algorithm, with
very safe integrity checking and a user interface similar to the one of
gzip/bzip2.

Changes in this version:

  * Codification of dictionary size in file header has been changed. At 
least lzip 1.4 is needed to decode files produced by lzip 1.5.

  * "--member-size" and "--volume-size" have been made more accurate.

  * The chapter "Algorithm" has been added to the manual.
