I am sure that you want to demonstrate the effectiveness of LZIP, but when I downloaded it as an lzipped archive, I didn't have anything to UN-lzip it !
Please provide it in either a self unzipping archive, or as plain everyday binary or dmg for apple.
Programmers are famous for 'Logic' errors but Chicken and the Egg fellas!
I have had to type in assembler code from Byte Magazine pages for archivers such as 'SQ' (squeeze for Z80-cp/m) and it's separate un-squeeze 'USQ', then later port it to IBM x86 (x88 actually) so I could access my files. Yes, getting code has been harder, but almost 40 years on I thought I could simply download and use a file by now.

Many thanks and I am keen to see what it is like.
