Do you think you could release stable releases of clzip, lzip, lziprecover, lzlib and zutils until (at latest) mid of October, so we could upload them in time for jessie(they need 10d 'waiting period' before they migrate automatically from unstable to testing)?
Sure. I have just released zutils 1.3-rc1 fixing a couple missing #includes. All the other rc's can be considered stable, but I want to be as sure as possible that they have no issues. So I plan to give people a month more to test them before releasing stable versions in September.
