Lzip program ported to Android.

Hello i have compiled Lzip to work with Android in a terminal-interface. You can see the build and sources here:  https://github.com/Master-Console/masterterm-utilities/tree/master/lzip

It works with all architectures and future Android versions, I would like to know how you feel about this and i would recommend you to add it in your Download section at https://www.nongnu.org/lzip/
