Hello,
I just noted that the link http://www.cs.indiana.edu/~kinzler/z/ at the 
bottom of the section https://www.nongnu.org/lzip/lzip.html#links does 
not lead to a web page.
A quick search for "Z - A simple, safe, and convenient front-end for 
lzip, bzip2, and gzip." did not turn anything useful.
