si-wijesekera falls back to pre-edit when STS is not available. So it is
not a valid STS test.
Try si-phonetic-dynamic.mim, it doesn't fallback to pre-edit.
I did a quick test on Debian Testing with LibreOffice 4.0.0 and STS does
not work.
