FreeSCI-develop list admin

Dear mailman manager,

  I have lost the freesci-develop mailing list list admin password and
thus can't handle message requests coming from there.  However, the
project has been folded into ScummVM anyway, so there is no need for
the list any more (we haven't had any traffic for many years).  So
there are two options:

  (a) reset my password
  (b) shut down submission to the list entirely

  I'm fine with either solution.
