When I saw that the from address was yandex.com I really had to hold
myself back from saying something about it being a known problematic
spam source. I satified myself in griping about Outlook and left it
at that only.

Language issue, right? Because Bayes is getting auto-trained in a
positive feedback loop. If the language issue were fixed then the
Bayes would be trained less-incorrectly, probably would not hit on the
message then.

A Windows host is sending email? But I am not sure what this rule is
about. I do not find it in my own system's spamassassin rules, and of
course can't look on the spamassassin rules on eggs. But not sure
what this rule is about. When I looked at the email you listed I
didn't see anything that looked like a 2.5 points worth bad thing in
the header.

Language issue.

Language issue.
However if the language issue were removed it would only be 2.5 points
for the odd sending host.
I didn't know there was a /spam directory that could be looked through
on lists.gnu.org. That is good to learn about.

Thank you for listing those. I browsed them.
Ian, Can we get mutt installed on lists so that browsing messages like
this is easier? Thanks.

Agreed. I wouldn't revive them.
