Hi,
if you use cygwin, start the cygwin setup.exe, and in the category for
development make sure to select the make-package. That will install the
executable, to be called with 'make' from the regular (bash?) prompt in Cygwin.
In this case you do not need to build 'make' yourself from the sources
(although you can, if you want...).
