Hi Arun,
I'd suggest that you download and install mingw, IIRC from www.mingw.org, it
probably
contains a built version of make380 ("mingw/bin/mingw32-make.exe"), otherwise
you can
download sources and binary from www.mingw.org too.
My current working mingw installation consists of ...
mingw-runtime-3.7.tar.gz
w32api-3.2.tar.gz
binutils-2.15.91-20040904-1.tar.gz
mingw-utils-0.3.tar.gz
gcc-g++-3.4.2-20040916-1.tar.gz
gcc-core-3.4.2-20040916-1.tar.gz
MinGW-3.1.0-1.exe
(new files listed first, old files to be installed first)
... but if you need only make380, then either MinGW-3.1.0-1.exe or e.g.
mingw32-make-3.80.0-3.exe + mingw-runtime-3.7.tar.gz could be enough for you.
Regards,
Markus.
