[Maposmatic-dev] Pending tasks: how can we work on them?

Hello,

I hope everybody enjoyed the summer and its holidays. :-)

We (MapOSMatic developers) are quite busy and, as usual, a lot of
tasks are pending. Out of my mind:
  * Japanese translation;

  * Portuguese translation;

  * Some bug fixes I have made which are waiting in dev but have not
be deployed in production;

  * Our database version that is lagging one month behind OSM.

How can we proceed to progress on those tasks and the others
(https://savannah.nongnu.org/task/?group=maposmatic)?

In the long term, how should we proceed to ensure a constant, even if
small, flow of work on MapOSMatic?

I don't have a magic solution. :-) As I said, I'm quite busy, as you
probably. But the current situation is not satisfying. MapOSMatic is
more like a zombie, that is died and only wakes up during hackfests.
