Details:

I followed the instructions at
https://github.com/hholzgra/ocitysmap/blob/master/INSTALL.md and cloned the
ocitysmap code from git://git.savannah.nongnu.org/maposmatic/ocitysmap.git 

I get a syntax error when trying to run render.py:


$ ./render.py
  File "./render.py", line 154
    except LookupError, ex:
                      ^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax
$ python --version
Python 3.8.10
