[Masterlibre-list] Software livre course in Brazil

The following might be of interest to this list (at least for those who can
understand a bit of Portuguese):

It is a week long workshop on free software for IT professionals within the
public administration. Topics seem similar to those of the proposed
masters, ranging from philosophy, licensing and project management issues
to how to write OpenOffice macros.

Since the Brazilian government is clearly in this for the long term and
wants to involve the universities, perhaps there might be a way to build up
shared (multilingual) courseware.
