That you're more likely to be queued for a while on the sources you
already have, so keeping them (if they're still contactable, and hopefully
have interesting chunks,... see also the good_sources_threshold) can be much
better than switching to sources that don't know you (if they're eMule peers
at least, and they're the majority nowadays).
