Actually this has effect. Pausing all downloads should reduce request-
traffic to 0. With disabling upload via nu there should only be
overnet publishing-traffic left.
And thats the fact I forgot in the last mail :-)
Overnet can't be disabled :?
But I agree, a command for pause should combine all these small commands.
