[Mldonkey-users] featur request: resume queued downloads

Hi,

flame me hard if it already exists, but I didn't find it in the 
changelog. Anyways, I would find it extremely handy if there were a 
command like force_resume to resume a download that's queued because of 
max_concurrent_downloads.
