Hi all,
i got a serious problem downloading a 2,7gig file from the donkey
network. the file has 299 chunks. the first 221 get downloaded
correctly....the last 78 never get complete...i constantly get
file-corrupted errors...(MLNet 2.5-4). i first checked the filesystem
even for badblocks but found none....
221x9270000=2GB !
the telnet chunk display looks like this
Chunks:
[22222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111]
this cant be a filesystem-error!
the file is downloading all the time but no more chunks get completed.
my system is capable of files >2gb (ext2 with a 2.4.18 kernel)
i checked this with dd if=/dev/zero of=largefile bs=1M count=2250
and it worked and the file size is correctly shown in ls
any ideas whats going wrong here?
