[Mldonkey-users] ver 15 questions

Hi, a few inquiries about mldonkey ( revision 15--the second to latest 
version )

Why do some files get downloaded entirely or almost entirely and then 
begin downloading from 0 bytes again? Is it the destination IP's file 
handling or file integrity?

Why does the temp directory keep copies of files already downloaded?
