[Mldonkey-users] [patch #4397] Buildinfo: Run-time check for Windows OS version

Follow-up Comment #1, patch #4397 (project mldonkey):

I think this would be better if it were cross platform. (use "uname -a" style
output on posix systems).

The attached replacement patch checks for the needed header on posix systems
and uses the full win32 version check function on mingw.

Tested on mingw & linux.
