Update of patch #4564 (project mldonkey):

                 Summary: It just adds dh.css to html output to custom
commands. => html: fix vd p/d/queued output

Follow-up Comment #3:

Yes, those commands were integrated incorrectly it seems. Attached is a more
correct patch IMHO -- they shouldn't circumvent the display_file_list
function which turns on the vd flag.
