Follow-up Comment #6, patch #4906 (project mldonkey):

i had just seen that i had forget to change this 
+      if( si.dwNumberOfProcessors > 0)

to this 
+      if( si.dwNumberOfProcessors > 1)

at the attached patch, thats was only for testing if all works ;)
