Follow-up Comment #1, patch #4921 (project mldonkey):

This is certainly mingw only, so why would you run  set_console_title on
every other OS every second?

if mingw add_infinite_timer ...


You have it returning a unit in mingw/mlUnix.ml, but a string in
unix/mlUnix.ml.
