Ok. Is there solution where user can add something like timeout. Like stop apache using command /etc/init.d/httpd stop and wait minute and then start apache.In this scenario monit is useless, because it fails to start apache, maybe it check if apache is working too fast. It takes about minute to process my apache config-files (about 400domains)
