[4.7] times within cycles doesn't work?

Hi,
why doesn't this unmonitor the host foo

check host foo with address bar.dyndns.org
   if failed icmp type echo timeout 10 seconds 3 times within 4 cycles then
       unmonitor

although the icmp checks fail
